I’m Cierra Grice!
Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Founder
I work with adults who are great at showing up for others but quietly struggle to do the same for themselves. In a world that praises doing over being, therapy with me offers a space to pause, breathe, feel, and come home to yourself. My approach blends evidence-based tools and holistic practices with deep emotional attunement, helping you move through anxiety, burnout, and disconnection with clarity and compassion.
This practice was created from a deep belief that emotional wellness is foundational to a meaningful life. It’s not just about managing symptoms. I created this space so people feel safe enough to let their guard down, make room for what’s been pushed aside, and begin to heal in a way that feels sustainable and restorative. My work is rooted in the idea that healing doesn’t happen through pressure or perfection, but through presence, safety, and connection. And can I be honest? At one point, I wished I had this space too. More than just therapy, it’s a refuge.
I want to see the person behind the perfectionism and the armor of steel because I know how heavy it is to carry. You won’t find surface-level fixes here. You won’t have to perform or pretend. Showing up as you are is enough.
